Mainz, 27 November 2008 - Piet Kok (47) is to take charge of the new Real Estate Valuation and Research BU of Mainz-based Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG (WestImmo) on 1 January 2009.

Piet Kok is joining from Eurohypo AG, where in his most recent post as head of the Real Estate Appraisal & Consulting department he had responsibility for appraisal for Europe and new markets.

Piet Kok began his professional career at Rabobank B.A. in the Netherlands. After some years focusing on construction financing at a variety of German banks, he specialised in real estate appraisal and subsequently held a number of different managerial positions in real estate appraisal and consulting departments.

WestImmo member of the managing board Rainer Spielmann says: “We are delighted to have acquired in Piet Kok a proven specialist with many years of experience in national and international real estate appraisal.”
