Mainz, February 17, 2009 – Peter Denton, aged 38, has been appointed Head of WestImmo London Branch. He will take up his appointment on March 4, 2009.

Peter Denton joined WestImmo as Head of Financial Sponsors in September 2008. Prior to joining WestImmo, he was responsible for European Large Loans origination at Eurohypo and Barclays Capital. He will be mandated to continue WestImmo London’s strategy of expanding its role in arranging property finance for international investors in the UK.

Denton succeeds Klaus Schreiner. After nearly 30 years working in the City and the last 9 years at WestImmo, Klaus Schreiner will retire from WestImmo at the beginning of March.
