Mainz, 29 September 2008 – With effect from 1 January 2009, Oliver Pleiner (40) will be assuming his responsibilities as the new Branch Manager of Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG (WestImmo) in Hamburg.
Pleiner draws on more than a decade’s experience in the field of commercial real estate financing. After Deutsche Bank and Eurohypo, he was most recently responsible for the acquisition and structuring of real estate financing operations at Hypo Real Estate in Hamburg.

His activities at WestImmo will be focused on the management and coordination of the Hamburg office and the entire area of Northern Germany as well as the development of customised financing solutions for investors and real estate developers.

WestImmo is a Center of Competence for all real estate financing operations and structured real estate transactions within the WestLB Group. The bank is represented in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Mainz, Münster and Munich as well as London, Madrid, New York, Paris, Prague, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
