Mainz, 13 August 2009 - WestImmo as Co-Arranger acted together with Berlin Hyp and Landesbank Berlin for the well known Galeria Mokotów, shopping centre in Warsaw, in a refinancing volume of 205 Mio €; WestImmo took 50% (102,5 Mio €) of the transaction. The Galeria Mokotów is one of the biggest and best performing shopping centres in Warsaw, owned 50/50 by Unibail Rodamco and Globe Trade Centre S.A. This transaction represents the largest deal in CEE in 2009 for a single property.

Galeria Mokotów is a 62,290 sqm, three story modern shopping and entertainment centre. The Building comprises shops, restaurants and a 14 screen cinema with 3.200 seats. 247 known international and national tenants offer a diversified product mix. Since August 2001 the monthly number of visitors exceeds 1 million.
