Mainz, December 05, 2007 – Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG (WIB) and WestLB AG worked together as Arranger and Sole Provider for a CAD$ 190 million, to acquire the Homburg Harris Centre, a development project in downtown Calgary, Alberta, consisting of two Class A office towers with over 600,000 sqft in net leasable area. The acquisition financing was provided for DEGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienfonds mbH (DEGI), acting on behalf of its public fund “DEGI INTERNATIONAL”.
